Fill with various items that attract bugs. Set outside in a tree or bush, then wait for winged or wiggly friends to come visit!
Extend the Fun
Check your insect hotel daily and take pictures or make drawings of visitors. Use an app, book or website to figure out which insects they are. How can these insects be helpful to your yard or garden? What might be attracting them to your hotel? What other items could you include that would make them want to extend their stay?
